We believe that in order to run or cycle at your best, you will need a great team around to support you and be in your corner. We believe that one of the most important things a coach can bring to the athlete is perspective and clarity. Life can be stressful and demanding on it's own and additional pressures to perform can often times be offloaded to the coach.
Our mobile app makes it easy to read your custom daily workouts, enter your progress, and communicate with your coach. We truly will be there every day and every step of your journey. It is our hope that when working with us, we will create a partnership that takes a unique individual and helps them realize their own potential. There will be ups and downs, but it is all part of a larger process that is intended for building confidence and growth.

Jared Burdick
USATF Level 1 Coach

Jared specializes in training runners in track, half marathons, marathons, and ultramarathons. He started running in high school where he ran a PR in the 3200m in 9:10. He was also on the first Stotan XC team which went on to become state champions and 2nd in the nation.​
He went on to run at RIT running the 1500, 5k, and 10k in 3:58, 14:45, 31:14 respectively. Post-collegiately, Jared was part of a professional Nike race team and then branched out into ultramarathons which lead him to be sponsored by numerous brands such as Saucony, Altra, and ON. Jared was coached by 1500m Olympian, Juli Benson and went on to win National 50k Road Champships landing him a spot on Team USA.

Lauren Burdick
Certified Running Coach & Sports Nutrition Consultant

Lauren specializes in training runners through the marathon distance.​ She was trained by Olympic Marathon Qualifier, Kevin Collins, and 1500m Olympian, Juli Benson, who helped form her early running career and that has now lasted over 14 years.
Being certified in sports nutrition, Lauren is able to work with athletes to develop dietary plans that help them optimize their performance on race day and their day-to-day training. She also published a her first training journal in 2024.
Lauren has an understanding of consistent, daily training, enduring long periods of time out on race courses, and provides a women's approach to running routines.
