Get ready for foundational work that focuses on improving your running economy, building an aerobic base, clear lactic acid efficiently, and fine tune your neuromuscular abilities.

There are two speed session programs:
2026 Winter Program: January 14, 2026 through May 13, 2026

2026 Summer Program: July 1, 2026 through October 21, 2026

*Must be able to run 3 miles non-stop​.
*Drop-ins are welcome for $10.00 a session starting Summer 2026
