$200 individual/$325 couples, 17 week program:
*Winter Program: January 17th through May 8th.
*Summer Program: June 12th through October 9th.
*Must be able to run 3 miles non-stop
For the individual wanting to train for a half or a full marathon and would like a group to train with on a consistent schedule. This program meets twice per week for a speed session on Wednesdays at 6pm at Jamesville DeWitt Track and a long run on Saturdays at 7:00am (even days at Green Lakes and odd days at Onondaga Lake Park). Each individual will have a specific race / goal (if they don't have a race but want to train in a group setting that is fine!) and have a plan designed for them. They will also receive the daily accountability, tracking, and communication via our mobile app.
This program is available for virtual participation; however, these plans are NOT customized for those who need a more detailed program or whom want to participate virtually but need more guidance. We feel those whom are intermediate to advance levels are best at gaining guidance virtually in this capacity.
