• First through third ribbon awards for men's and women's winners of each event. 

Details:

• Date: August 29, 2025 at 7:00pm

• Start Times:  Times provided are estimated. Each event will have heats that will need to finish for both men and women before the next event begins.​

• Parking: There will be parking at Fayetteville-Manlius High School Parking Lot

• Bib pickup opens 45 minutes before you event. If you’re running only a late event, you may pick up your bib during the meet, but please check in at least 45 minutes before your heat.

• The first event starts at 7:00pm

• Headphones:  Headphones are not permitted.

• Aid Stations: Water will be provided

• Bathroom Facilities: On premise.

• Events take place in the order listed, with seeded heats running from slow to fast. A heat sheet showing of heats and times will be available..

• Spikes are fine and preferred.

• Deferrals/Refunds: There are no transfers nor deferrals. There are no refunds for this event.

Club Team Registrations:

• Local Track Clubs: $200 for 10 entries (this goes to individual entries for the 400, 1mile, and 5k - if applicable times, and the 4x400).
