Half Marathon Training Group
Spring Half/Marathon: Beginning in January through your chosen April/May race day)!
This race-specific Beginner to Advanced Runners. Three tier running program providing one weekday workout which will include variable speed specific workout sessions and one weekend group long run (run at your own speed or find a group/individual that is your pace). Long run lengths and speed sessions are provided to you on your workout sheets. Taper plans will be modified for your specific event. Attendees do NOT have to participate in a Half Marathon or Marathon to participate in this group training.
Half and Full Marathon Groups will run together for speed sessions and long runs.
