HALF MARATHON/MARATHON GROUP TRAINING
Spring Half/Marathon:
Beginning in January through your chosen April/May race day!

This is the time of year when most runners need some motivation, why not join our group and get fit for the summer?!
Race-specific program for beginner to advanced runners. Three tier running program providing one weekday workout which will include variable speed specific workout sessions and one weekend group long run (run at your own speed or find a friend(s) within the group that is your pace). Details of your long run lengths and your speed sessions are provided to you on custom workout sheets. Taper plans will be modified for your specific event through your log sheets available on google share drive. Attendees do NOT have to participate in a Half Marathon or Marathon to participate in this group training.
Log sheets will be provided via google share drive at the beginning of the program. You will always know what speed session is planned and what length long run is planned - so, do not worry if you miss a group run. You can do the work on your own as well. Using google share drive provides fast, up-to-date communication with your coaches. Your coaches will be able to see the runs you have been completing and where you are at. You also are able to write notes and ask questions easily.
Half/Full Program Cost: $200/pp or $325/couple.
Walk-ins are welcome for speed sessions at the cost of $10.
Begins January 5, 2022. Speed Sessions are Wednesdays from 6-7pm.
