Athlete Name: Esther Gabriel Location: Syracuse, New York Social Media: Information about Athlete Esther: Esther is originally from Buffalo, NY (Go Bills). She graduated from SUNY Oswego and SU College of Law. She is currently a practicing attorney. Esther is an avid reader, runner, and love to be outdoors. You can catch Esther running the roads of Eastwood, or walking them with my dog, Tazzy. Why does Esther run? Esther began running my freshman year of college as a way to stay in shape for lacrosse season and relieve stress. Since then my relationship with running has grown to what it is today - an expression of how grateful she is to be able to wake up and move and feel my body get stronger. Running has also been a great way to connect and have fun with family. Esther's cousins and siblings are also runners and it’s so cool we can share that. Lastly, running has been an amazing way to grow stronger in her faith. Without running Esther doesn’t know where she would be! Check back for Esther's race schedule for 2022! |
